Beneficial for liver
92 people found this helpful
Bioavailable forms of vitamins! Only 1 per day! I found these vitamins through trial and error, and I appreciate the composition. Most importantly, you need just 1 capsule a day! It contains all active forms of vitamins and minerals in therapeutic dosages. I experienced no side effects. B vitamins are bioactive, with B12 as methylcobalamin, not cyanocobalamin. It includes iodine, selenium, and powerful antioxidants like bioquercetin phytosomes, plus a phosphatidylcholine complex, which benefits the liver and nervous system. I take it twice a year, along with iron separately. If my review was helpful, please click Yes.

Eases liver pain

It's a strong drug but may not suit everyone. When I started, my liver began to hurt. Now, I take half a pill, and it's much better. A friend had a similar experience. It's better to take two per day. I had no side effects, although the tablets are large and difficult to swallow.
